How much does Cultcha cost?
Cultcha starts at $99/mo (USD) for a single venue with up to ~500 members, with Growth ($199) and Pro ($349) tiers as you scale, plus custom Enterprise pricing for multi-location operators. Getting started is free with no credit card, and payments always run through your own connected Stripe account at standard rates — Cultcha never adds a markup.
Are any features locked behind a paid tier?
Every plan includes the full core platform — POS, payments, memberships, class and course scheduling, bookings, QR check-in, invoicing, inventory, gift cards, waivers, and reporting. Higher tiers add advanced reporting and automations, multi-location reporting and roles, and API access.
Does Cultcha take a cut of my payments?
No. Payments run through your own connected Stripe account at Stripe’s standard processing rates, paid out directly to you. Cultcha adds no platform markup on transactions — the subscription is the only thing you pay us.
Do I need to buy any hardware?
Cultcha runs in any modern web browser, so no special hardware is needed to start. For in-person card payments you’ll need a supported Stripe Terminal reader (BBPOS WisePOS E, Stripe Reader S700, or S710), which you purchase separately — Cultcha doesn’t resell hardware. Can I save by paying annually?
Yes. Annual billing saves roughly 20% versus paying monthly on every plan.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. You can create your organization, configure products and memberships, and explore the full platform without entering a credit card. You connect your own Stripe account when you’re ready to take payments.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No long-term contract. Because payments flow through your own Stripe account, you stay in control of your customer and payout relationships.
